The so-called collection points have been established in individual microregions, at which customers interested in connection may find the necessary forms of the connection application, receive the relevant information from the respective clerk in order to be able to fill them in (this naturally after agreeing with the DNO - this is just an application towards the representatives of municipalities or building offices) and be able to leave the filled in form, together with the required documents, at the respective collection point.
The DNO employee, the Distribution Area Manager (DAM) in our case, visits the respective collection points in the approved form, receives the submitted applications and, if necessary, negotiates the applications. The standpoint is delivered, as agreed, to the respective collection point or sent by mail. The Distribution Area Manager remains in phone or email contact with the collection points. The collection points are visited based on the number of applications or requests by the respective office regularly or when a call is received.
